Open source legal documents for developers

This is closer (or maybe just more general) than anything I've seen here to what I need. I'm beginning a contract as a web administrator. This meaning, I am charging a monthly fee to keep a VPS and the associated WordPress blog updated, do maintenance and backups, and soforth. So I need a contract focused on monthly fees. Do you know of one that is more appropriate than this one?
