Hi Kevin, subject to the freedoms enforced by California Labor Code Section 2870, which I included in this agreement, it is generally agreed that it is reasonable and necessary for a company to prohibit a *current employee* from acting against the interests of that *current employee's* employer. Section 16600 bans non-compete and non-solicitation agreements post-employment. I hope that helps.Posted 6 years ago
