Pristine Laptop Policy

Pristine, Inc. (“Pristine) will provide a laptop for Employee (“Employee”). The Employee may use the laptop at work and at home.

The Employee is responsible for taking care of the laptop. In the event that the laptop is damaged or broken, the Employee will be responsible for paying for damages or replacing the laptop and its associated cover.

In the event that Employee is terminated, the Employee must return the laptop to Pristine immediately. If the laptop is found to be damaged, the Employee is responsible for paying for any damages incurred.

In the event that Employee voluntarily leaves, the Employee must return the laptop to Pristine immediately. If the laptop is found to be damaged, the Employee is responsible for paying for any damages incurred.
