This is an agreement between Patrick Marshall and Nichole Mickle, hereinafter referred to as "Marshall's Designs", and Joo Chin, hereinafter referred to as "client(s)".
Event type: Face Painting 7 hours
Event time: 10 am to 5 pm
Event location: Buford, Ga 30518
Event details: Face painting booth, with sign stating name of company and designs offered. Business cards will be placed on the table.
Agreed upon total price: $160
Non-refundable deposit: $80
Deposit is due upon signing of this contract with the remaining balance ($80) due upon completion of event.
Confirmation: A signed "face painting contract" and payment of the non-refundable deposit from the client are necessary to confirm and book Marhsall's Designs for this project.
Schedule: Marshall's Design team will arrive at 9:30 am for set-up and leave promptly at 5:30 after closing. Any additional time will be an additional $10 per hour required.
Non-refundable deposit: In the event of the Clients cancelling the event for whatever reason the deposit is non-refundable. It will be considered as liquidated damages to Marshall's Designs.
We have understood the contents of this contract and agree to the terms therein.
