Crisaba Web Maintenance Retainer Agreement

This is a simple retainer agreement for development services.

Crisaba Website Maintenance Agreement


By signing this agreement, Client Name (“Client”) has retained Crisaba Web Development (“Developer”) to proceed with website maintenance services starting on Start Date, and agrees to the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement.


During this period, Developer agrees to devote up to Monthly Hours hours per month towards website software updates, backups, and security monitoring, bug fixes, and content updates. Work will be performed at the offices of Developer. Work will normally occur between the hours of 10AM - 6PM weekdays.


Payment for these services will be to Developer at the rate of $Monthly Cost per month. Payments are due by the first of each month with a three day grace period. Invoices will be sent monthly.


Developer services in addition to hours per month will be made available by the Developer at the rate of $100 per hour and will be billed separately.

Description of Developer Services:

  • Minor to moderate content updates
  • Bugfixes
  • Technical support
  • Consultation and meetings
  • General website upkeep

Additional Work

Work beyond retained hours will be billed at a reduced hourly according to retainer amount.

Unused Hours

Unused hours don't carry over to the next month. Client is encouraged to use the full amount of retained services per month.

Work Outside of Scope

Large projects such as major updates, redesigns, rebrands, or features additions that fall outside the scope of this agreement may be estimated and invoiced separately at the Developers discretion.


This agreement may be terminated on 30 days’ written notice by either Service Provider or Client. In case of termination, Service Provider shall make a reasonable attempt to finish work in progress.
