By signing this agreement, Grassfire Directory (“Client”) has retained Cody Blanchard (“Service Provider”) to proceed with web development services indefinitely beginning on 07/15/2019 until termination of this agreement, and agrees to the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement.
During this period, Service Provider agrees to devote up to 8 hours per month on assignments to be determined by Client. Work will normally be performed at the offices of Service Provider, but occasionally may take place at other locations, as required. Work priority and scheduling will be at the discretion of Client. Work will normally occur between the hours of 9 to 5 on weekdays.
Payment for these services will be to Service Provider at the rate of $1400 per month and will be made for the following month no later than the 30th day of each month that this agreement is in force. No invoice will be submitted.
Hours per month may be increased in increments of 8 hours, billable at the rate of $1400 per 8 hour block, to allow for additional development work in excess of the baseline 8 hours per month.
Description of Web Development Services:
Creating custom exports or imports of website data for Client. Modifying existing website code to meet changing functional or design requirements of Client. Managing and maintaining web servers which host the website and data of Client. Developing wholly new website functionality within the project to meet emerging Client needs. Repairing bugs within the website that impede the functionality of the system. Maintaining, managing and repairing data stored within the website database.
The results of any and all work performed by Service Provider for Client, including original creative work, will remain the property of the Client. Client may use this material in any way deemed appropriate.
This agreement may be terminated on 30 days’ written notice by either Service Provider or Client. In case of termination, Service Provider shall make a reasonable attempt to finish work in progress.
