Eating proper meals on treks is a challenge to many. Your body works out so much that you are
tempted to gorge on all food available. Yet, over-eating could work against you while trekking.
So, our trek leaders and cooks plan best for you when it comes to a hygienic diet.

ITINERARY FOR RUPIN PASS TREK PACKAGE :
1 DAY 1 REACH DHAULA
Daula is a base camp for Rupin pass trek. You have to reach Dehradun first then a Cab will be
assigned to to pick you from Dehradun railway Station in the morning with Additional cost.
2 DAY 2 DHANULA TO SEWA
It will be 11 Km trek from Dhaula to Sewa. The early walk is through farms till you enter the
thick jungle.
As you reach Sewa, the crowned jewel of the village is an ancient Shiv temple that opens
3 DAY 3 SEWA TO JISKUN
Prepare your body for a bit of huff and puff that trek has stored for you today. Jiskun, High
above the Bargnani and Rupin is divide in 2 different part. Lower jiskun is called Bawta.
Jiskun is the best place for replenishing your supplies if you are running out of it.

ITINERARY FOR RUPIN PASS TREK PACKAGE :
DAY 4 JISKUN TO UDAKNAL

It is around 3 and a half km walk to jakhna, Last and the highest village on the Rupin pass trek.
That one Hour trek is the best trekking trail in Himachal.
DAY 5 UDAKNAL TO DHANDERAS THATCH , LOWER WATERFALL CAMP

Today trail is considered as easy to moderate in terms of difficulty. You will find Gradual ascent
all the way to Dhanderas. Be prepare to the tricky terrain over the snow bridge. Refill your wa-
ter bottle from the flowing river water.

DAY 6 ACCLIMATIZATION DY AT DHANDERAS THATCH

ITINERARY FOR RUPIN PASS TREK PACKAGE :
7 DAY 7 DHANDERAS THATCH TO UPPER WATERFALL CAMP
This is considered as the most important day in Rupin pass trek. From Dhanderas Thatch the al-
titude gain for rupin pass is almost 2,500 ft. It is common to suffer altitude sickness here.
8 DAY 8 UPPER WATERFALL CAMP TO RUPIN PASS VAI RATI PHERI
It will be the longest day of your trek. Start your day before sun up. Make sure to leave
your camp before 5 AM.
Carry your breakfast as you need energy on the top of the pass.
The Rupin valley that has been your companion from the last six days is lost to View. It is
now snowfield and alpine country until you reach Rupin pass.
From Rati Pheri you get the glimpse of the Rupin pass.
After an hour and a Half, Come to the foot of the Rupin pass gully.
On the way to Ronti Gad you will again in meadows land, but the scenery is different. At
Ronti Gad you will spend the coldest night of the trek.

ITINERARY FOR RUPIN PASS TREK PACKAGE :
9 DAY 9 RATI GAD TO SANGLA VAI SANGLA KANDA
For the first time, you get to view the Kinner Kailesh range. After an hour and a half and
drop height of 1500 ft, the trail leaves the narrow valley of Ronti Gad.
The trail to Sangla is entirely along the Rukti Gad.
The trail is broad and turns rapidly to Sangla Passing wooden houses and step farms. You
will see Telephone lines and cell phone connectivity and you Sangla is not too far from
here.
Half an hour later you get to the bridge below the forest rest house. Take a last look back
of blue pines.

MONITORING HEALTH ON A TREK
Blood Pressure levels will be checked once every day. Health care, Medication, pulse rate
checker, Health card are included. Every trekker will get a health checkup. Trek leader will
check your pulse, heart and oxygen levels and will mention it in your health card.
