By signing this agreement, Client Name (“Client”) has retained Michele M. Bradley (“Service Provider”) to proceed with graphic design services for the period 4/8/2019 to 7/8/2019, and agrees to the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement.
During this period, Service Provider agrees to devote up to 10 hours per month on assignments to be determined by Client. Work will normally be performed at the offices of Michele M. Bradley, but occasionally may take place at other locations, as required. Work priority and scheduling will be at the discretion of Client. Work will normally equate to 2.5 hrs per week.
Payment for these services will be to Service Provider at the rate of $350 per month commencing on April 8th and will be for a trial period for a minimum of 3 months.
Design services in addition to hours per month will be made available by Service Provider at the rate of $50 per hour and will be billed separately. Any expenses exclusive of normal overhead are not included in this agreement and will be billed separately. Examples of such expenses are: stock photos, digital assets, fonts, etc. All invoices will be net 7.
Description of Design Services:
* 10 hours per month (2.5 hours per week) * Priority service in projects * 1 call per month to review project load if needed. Otherwise, Trello, Marco Polo and FB messaging will be used as the communication methods. Retail Investment: $450/mo. Your Investment: $350/mo. - There is a 3-month minimum commitment. - At the end of your 3 months, we will evaluate the program to be sure that the number of hours is fitting your business needs. - Each retainer includes a set number of hours per week. Overage in hours each week will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $50 per hour. - Unused hours expire at the end of each week. This is to ensure that I can allow time for your projects and plan my workload accordingly. - You will get an invoice on the 8th day of each month. An invoice will include the monthly retainer rate for that month and any additional charges from the previous month. What type of services can be used in the Graphic Designer Retainer programs? - Print Materials – sales sheets, direct mailers, brochures, event programs, signage - Digital Materials – social media graphics, blog banners, and other web graphics. - SVG and Custom Work - Ad Design – print and web ads. - Services do not include additional costs like stock photography & fonts. - Additional services are available upon request. - Please note: Services do not include logo design. Logos will be charged at an hourly rate of $70/hour. We are not responsible for writing or inputting any text copy unless requested and a price is agreed upon.
All materials furnished by Client will remain the property of Client and will be returned upon request, or no more than 15 days from the termination of this agreement.
The results of any and all work performed by Michele M. Bradley for Client, including original creative work, will remain the property of the Client. The client may use this material in any way deemed appropriate. Michele M. Bradley will be able to use all creative works in advertisement and examples.
This agreement may be terminated on 30 days’ written notice by either Service Provider or Client. In case of termination, Service Provider shall make a reasonable attempt to finish work in progress.
