Assignment of copyright
For $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged, ________ , having an address at ________ , ________ (hereinafter "Assignor"), HEREBY GRANTS, ASSIGNS AND QUITCLAIMS TO ________ having an address at ________ (hereinafter "Assignee"), all right, title and interest whatsoever, throughout the world, in and under the copyright on the work or works identified in Schedule 1 hereto, including the right to sue for past infringement;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, UNTO ASSIGNEE, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, FOR THE FULL DURATION OF ALL SUCH RIGHTS, AND ANY RENEWALS OR EXTENSIONS THEREOF;
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that Assignor's ownership of copyright on the preexisting work or works identified in Exhibit B hereto [omitted] shall not be affected by this Assignment.
