Subject: Request Letter to refund the excess amount paid on property tax
Dear Mr. Huxley,
I, the undersigned regular tax payer am writing this appeal letter with regard to revise my property related tax payments article. The payment which I have made on July 05, 2014, with reference to my transaction number FI -437644, seems to be unmatched with a variation of more than 2 thousand dollars.
As you can study the tax payment is clearly mentioned into the bill and after calculation you can find the payment difference. I know that it is a bit late to raise the apprehension but this is my modest appeal to you to refund the excess tax amount to clear the matter.
Attached is the necessary photo copies of the documents, PAN card, and acknowledgement receipt received for the said amount along with the copy of property tax payment to consider the matter.
Sir, I request you again to regulate as appealed to refund the excess amount at the earliest. Your prompt action regarding this will be appreciated.
I am looking ahead for your supportive response.
Thanks & Regards,
