Creates a simple addition to the EMPLOYEE/CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT AND ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS agreement outlining the specifics for project pay and expectations with a contractor. The EMPLOYEE/CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT AND ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS needs to first be signed and then this contract will serve for each project or hourly agreement but is governed by the additional legal terms of the EMPLOYEE/CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT AND ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS.

This contract is an offer on Date for Contractor to provide creative Work as requested by Client.
Client requests Contractor to create Enter a description of the Work here. Work includes the final, deliverable items, and any preliminary Work, research, sketches, or other materials created while working on said project.
Payment may be bill weekly or monthly and is payable within 14 business days of receipt. The grant of any license or right of copyright is conditioned on receipt of full payment.
The fees and expenses shown are a maximum limit unless an hourly fee has been agreed upon. That fee will be $35 per hour and Contractor shall provide the Client of a tally of hours within a reasonable period of time upon request if such is the measure of the fee not to exceed 10% of the estimated time without approval by the Client. Final fees, itemized accounting of time spent and expenses shall be shown when invoice is rendered.
Either party may cancel the contract at anytime. If the Contractor breaches or cancels the contract for a fee based project, all fees paid for the project will be refunded to the Client within 30 days. If the Contractor breaches or cancels the contract for hourly based work, any fees already paid for unfinished work will be refunded or hourly fees due will be canceled. Fees will be refunded or paid within 30 days. If Client cancels or breaches the contract, all hourly work to date will be paid and ownership of all copyrights and the original materials shall be retained by the Contractor.
5. EMPLOYEE/CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT AND ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS
Contractor must initially sign the EMPLOYEE/CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT AND ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS agreement which outlines this and future project's additional legal terms. By signing this document you are acknowledging that you have previously signed and understood this agreement from the Client.
