MOTION FOR ENTRY OF PRELIMINARY DEFAULT

On motion of Petitioner, JANE DOE, through undersigned counsel, and upon suggesting to the Court that defendant personally waived service of the Petition for Divorce in the above captioned matter on December 20TH, 2011, as appears from the waiver of service filed in the suit records, and the defendant has waived the delays for obtaining the default since that service, and defendant has not filed an answer or other opposition to said Petition. Petitioner respectfully moves the Court to enter a preliminary default in favor of Petitioner, JANE DOE, and against Defendant, JOHN DOE., in the minutes of this Honorable Court, in accordance with Code of Civil Procedure Article 1701.
