For event vendors
I hereby apply as a vendor for the $NP Designs Official Website Launch Party on Saturday, August 19, 2017. The event will be 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Set up will be at 3:00 PM. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis. You will be granted space on either an individual or shared long table with 1-2 seats. Wifi is available.

RULES OF THE EVENT
- Some craft or bakery type items will be allowed.
- All vendors are responsible for liability insurance and compliance with any and all requirements of State of New York if necessary.
- Alcohol is not permitted.
- All products will be displayed in a clean and safe manner.
- Vendors are responsible for leaving a clean area at closing.
- All vendors shall exhibit professional manners always.
- Spaces shall be assigned by either Denise Coke or event coordinator.
- Vendors fee of $50 shall be paid by July 19, 2017.
