90 Day Intuitive Coaching Package

This agreement, between  Tara Kelsey Intuitive Life Coach and the above-named client, will begin The coaches, 90 day coaching package on 03/06/20 and will continue until 05/22/20. This package includes 12 sessions. The flat fee for this coaching package is $5,000.00, upon receipt of this contract and before the first scheduled meeting. 

The services to be provided by the coach to the client are coaching via ZOOM live video, email and Facebook messenger, as designed jointly with the client. Intuitive coaching, which is not therapy, or medical care, may address and discuss specific personal and spiritual life circumstances. Upon completion of the three months (90 days), coaching can be extended by a month to month basis. Client and Coach agree to give at least 24 hours notice of cancel/reschedule of any session, that they are unable to attend. 

The coach promises the client that all information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential. Throughout the working relationship, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions, making suggestions and providing guidance. The client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can be granted only by the client, and the client agrees to do just that: have the coaching relationship be powerful. If the client believes that something isn't working for them, the clients agrees to clearly communicate with the coach. 

The coach promises to client to act in full Integrity, good faith and honesty through the agreed coaching package, providing what they feel is best as support to the client,  however, no results are guaranteed. By signing this agreement, the client agrees to remove any responsibility or liability from coach for any action taken or outcome received on the clients part. 

Refund Policy: The client and coach agree to provide each other with fourteen-day notice in the event that the client wishes to cancel future services. Client shall not be entitled to any refund for any monies spend under this Agreement. If the client wishes to terminate this Agreement prior to its planned expiration, Client will forfeit each of the monies paid.  

Our signatures on this agreement indicate full understanding of and agreement with the information outlined above.
