Between us, Hund LLC, and you, "customer name"
We’ll always do our best to fulfil your needs and meet your expectations, but it’s important to have things written down so that we both know what’s what, who should do what and when, and what will happen if something goes wrong. In this contract you won’t find any complicated legal terms or long passages of unreadable text. We’ve no desire to trick you into signing something that you might later regret. What we do want is what’s best for both parties, now and in the future.
So in short;
You are hiring us (Hund, LLC) located in Bentonville, Arkansas to review and advise on a marketing strategy for the price discussed in our previous correspondence and outlined below.
What this Means
We will meet with you to discuss the following:
- your current marketing strategy
- your business goals
- opportunities for improvement
- big (and small!) questions around marketing, social media, organization, timing, etc.
- any other business related questions you have
Our goal is to have you leave the meeting with your questions answered, and having a plan for how to move your business's marketing efforts forward.
State of Business Review
Per our earlier correspondence, we will review current marketing materials before our scheduled meeting. If you have any specific questions or additional materials, please email them to us ASAP. We will keep all of the information you share with us confidential, unless verbal or written release is given (there may be opportunities for us to refer your company or connect you with others who can help you achieve your goals).
Follow Up & Moving Forward
After our meeting we will reach out to you via email with any follow up items that surfaced. We will provide tools, urls, and other references to help you move your marketing plan and strategy forward.
Further Work & Assistance
Should you wish to schedule another strategic marketing meeting, or need additional support and assistance we are happy to discuss. Scope of Work, Billing, etc would be covered under a separate contract.
We’re sure you understand how important it is as a small business that you pay the invoices that we send you promptly. We appreciate all of our clients and put a lot of effort into our relationships and level of service. In return we hope you will stick to the following Payment Schedule:
$100.00 to be invoiced.
Checks may be made out to "Hund, LLC". All Invoices Net 15 Days.
We can’t guarantee that our work will be error-free and so we can’t be liable to you or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even if you’ve advised us of them. Finally, if any provision of this contract shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
But where’s all the horrible small print?
Just like a parking ticket, you can’t transfer this contract to anyone else without our permission. This contract stays in place and need not be renewed. If for some reason one part of this contract becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts of it remain in place.
Everyone should sign above and keep a copy for their records.
