We're looking for a truly top of the line web developer. We face hard UI challenges around online document
editing and collaboration and need someone who appreciates simple and elegant UI.
Requirements:
- Awesome at everything related to making a modern dynamic website. CSS, Javascript, JQuery, Backbone, etc.
- Located in or near New York and willing to become a full time employee.
- Cares about design.
- Be a considerate person who still voices their opinion. No tortured geniuses please.
- Comfortable being an early employee with a wide range of responsibilities and impact on the
product.
- Bonus: Some Java experience, or willingness to learn.

UI/Graphic Designer (Contract or Full Time)
We want to be the first people to ever care about how a legal document looks. Do you find it
as irritating as we do that legal docs seem to look bad on purpose? Come help us change
this.
Requirements:
- Understands modern web design limitations and conventions, but has a love for print.
- Strong typographic skills. We want our documents to be beautiful.
- Easy-going, self-motivated, great communications skills.
- A great portfolio.
- Experience in HTML5, CSS, or JavaScript a big plus but not required.

Java Developer (Full Time)
We're looking for someone with significant Java experience and still loves the language. Yeah, we know there are
some clunky things in Java, but we also understand the long term benefits and advantages. We want someone
who understands those tradeoffs too. Both of the co-founders are Java developers so you'll be working
independently, but in good company.
Requirements:
- A ton of Java experience. Bonus: Experience with the Play! framework.
- Has deep suspicions about most of the Java frameworks out there, and XML in general.
- Located in or near New York and willing to become a full time employee.
- Cares about design.
- Be a considerate person who still voices their opinion. No tortured geniuses please.
- Comfortable being an early employee with a wide range of responsibilities and impact on the
product.
- Big Bonus: Frontend development experience.
